We want you to love your gear as much as you loved the idea of going to the gym this morning. If something's not right, we've got you. No guilt trips, no gym-bro lectures, just a fix.

Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds for:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective products

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. After that, we have to assume the shirt has become a permanent part of your laundry rotation, and we can no longer help.

To start a request, email us at support@tinygainsclub.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll take it from there, no forms, no fuss, no judgment about how many times you've actually worn it.

Wrong Size? Free Swap

If your size is off, we'll print you a fresh one in the right size for free. One free size exchange per order, within 30 days of delivery. And because every shirt is made to order, there's nothing to mail back. Keep the original, sleep in it, gift it to a gym buddy, we don't judge.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time, usually when we realize we worded something badly the first time. The latest version always lives on this page. If you have questions about a past order, just reach out to support@tinygainsclub.com and we'll sort it out.
