We want you to love your gear as much as you loved the idea of going to the gym this morning. If something's not right, we've got you. No guilt trips, no gym-bro lectures, just a fix.

Something Wrong With It?

Arrived damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered? Email support@tinygainsclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll print you a new one for free, or refund you if you'd rather. Nothing to send back.

Wrong Size? Free Swap

If your size is off, we'll print you a fresh one in the right size for free. One free size swap per order, within 30 days of delivery. Every shirt is made to order, so there's nothing to mail back. Keep the original, sleep in it, gift it to a gym buddy, we don't judge.

Just Not For You?

Changed your mind? No worries. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. No questions asked, and you don't have to send it back.

How Refunds Work

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days. This is here for honest "not for me" moments. If one account keeps ordering and refunding, we may stop offering change-of-mind refunds to that account.

Policy Updates
