Welcome to Tiny Gains Club, where the bar is low and the vibes are good. We make apparel for the people who show up, do the thing, and aren't going to pretend it was a transformative spiritual experience.
Our mascot is a grumpy grey cat who has never done a burpee in his life and has no plans to start. He's judging the dumbbell, not lifting it, and honestly, we respect that energy.
We design tees for casual gym-goers, reluctant runners, occasional yoga people, and anyone who's ever sat in their car in the gym parking lot for ten minutes before going home. If you've ever celebrated a tiny win like parking close to the entrance or finishing a workout mostly out of spite, you're already a member.
Every design is printed on soft, comfortable ring-spun cotton tees, made to be worn on gym days, rest days, and the increasingly common "technically a rest day" days.
No motivational posters. No 5am energy. Just shirts that say what you're actually thinking. Welcome to the club, membership is automatic.
